Depression is a horrible horrible illness but i'm really pleased you've recognised it and you manage to get yourself in at the docs! You've done so well for it to take over you, we're all really proud of you (and not so secretly jealous..lol!)
Take care xxxEmma Shilton https://www.blogger.com/profile/02399033367755991581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233390893408138407.post-26764398634855097492010-12-31T15:45:36.376-08:002010-12-31T15:45:36.376-08:00I totally agree with Steph, Gem. Everyone has a blip now and then and Christmas is the hardest time.

Take it easy on yourself, go to the docs and take it a day at a time.

Much love xxxMissy Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05748283931190201525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233390893408138407.post-64002284355787039822010-12-31T04:04:41.913-08:002010-12-31T04:04:41.913-08:00Christmas is always a tough time, especially with ...Christmas is always a tough time, especially with so many temptations around but you've just said you want to get back on track. You've already got one foot on that path, now it's a case of planning your next move.

The great thing about us British is that we've got this fighting spirit within us. We face so many challenges yet we are always standing tall at the end despite how tough it gets. If anyone can do this, you can.

You've only got to look at your pictures on your blog to remember how brilliantly you've done so far. The fact you said you've been off anti-depressants for over 2 years is a real credit to you.

Maybe it's worth getting rid of any temptations you have in your home and replacing them with healthier options.

I've also struggled this Christmas with the amounts of chocolate around me. Infact I am going to take my own advice and put them all in a tub and take them into work and let everyone else get rid of them for me.

Personally If I was in your position, I would get on the scales and see what the damage is. Then I will try and pre-plan any future meals until the WW head is back in place.Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04129574688566301274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233390893408138407.post-59222188604824886862010-12-31T03:56:50.762-08:002010-12-31T03:56:50.762-08:00hopefully your head will be in a better place soon...hopefully your head will be in a better place soon, i think its good you've recognised the depression and are going to see the docs.

re- ww if i were you i'd go and face the scales find out what damage has been done because one you know you can set about putting it right, ok it might be 2lbs it could be 12lbs who knows till you face the scales but imho if you leave it and leave it before you know it, it could be stones and stones gain rather than lbs.

be brave face the scales it might not be as bad as you think, but even if it is you will have that cut off point and just look how far you have come, you have been there once you can get there again

good luck xxxStefijhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15688781823266679629noreply@blogger.com
