This is a cool blog. I don't know if it would help or not, but I've lost about 50 lb. in the past 6 months (without extra exercise) and a few key things have helped me do it.1. I eat many small meals throughout the day.2. I have significantly cut down on my salt and sugar intake.3. I have been eating more fresh and whole foods (like baked hens and fruits and vegetables) while cutting down on processed and starchy foods (like bread and rice).I can see from your photos that your progress is good, so I understand if my advice goes unheeded. Thanks Dave for your comments. I have recently drastically upped my fruit and veg intake, which in the first week had massive results, i lost 4.5lbs, now its slowed back down again, but im still losing, slow and steady wins the race eh?! Well done on your loss too x
